Brown kraft paper is the cheapest material to make sucha postal boxes, and the color is so nature. Usually we can use 100gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm, 160gsm, 180gsm, 200gsm to 220gsm for outside paper. The texts could be offset printed or flexo printed, also some customers would use silver foil or white silk screen printing. Flexo printing is the cheapest one but it can print only simple texts.

Recycled Brown Kraft Corrugated Flute Postal Boxes
Mailer box, also named cardboard postal boxes, shipping box, mailing box, aircraft box or delivery box which have been widely used in delivery packaging for garment, gift, 3c electronic products, food and shoes ect. Most of the mailing box are made of E flute corrugated paper coated with 250-300 gsm art paper and there are two colors of E flute corrugated paper- white background & brown.
The printing could be CMYK printing, Pantone colors printing or directly with colored special art paper like gold, silver, black , purple colors etc. The surface finished could be matte lamination, glossy lamination and soft touch lamination after printing. And then adding gold or silver hot foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing logo as different requirements.
